The annual Ossett Gala returns for its 28th year on Saturday July 8th. One of the largest events in the Ossett Calendar, the Gala is a mixture of entertainment, and stalls featuring commercial, charity and community contributions. All entertainment is provided free of charge and council car parking is free on that day too. The event is run by not-for-profit community interest company, Building Ossett Better and all proceeds are reinvested into good causes in the town, and grants back to performers who volunteer for free.
